Refund & Cancellation Policy

Product exchange

In case you want to change the size of the purchased product, it's possible to get an exchange for a one-time fee of $13 (payable by Paypal). Please contact our customer support team for more details.

Refund policy

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product one calendar year of your purchase. Products can only be returned if there is a native quality defect (has to be proven with a picture).

In order to get a refund, you must contact our customer support staff by phone or email. You will be asked to fill out, sign and send back to us our return form which can be found by clicking here - as well as to provide us with a proof of payment (credit card statement extract, Paypal receipt).

Once this is done, you will be provided with the address to send your product(s) back to.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 7 to 14 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after one year has passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation policy

In case you wish to refund your order before we ship it (an early cancellation), your order may be refunded.

All orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting our customer support team. Please note that orders that have already been shipped are not eligible for a cancellation, and must be returned first in order to obtain a refund.
